The Association is here to INFORM, HELP AND SUPPORT landlords in the private sector, be they large or small, professional or part-time, experienced or just starting out. It also aims to improve the image and further the interests of good residential landlords.

NLA(W) formerly Landlords Associaton for Wessex, is an independent non-profit making organisation run for landlords by landlords of residential property.
NLA(W) is a branch of the National Landlords Association (NLA), a national body which has been protecting and promoting the interests of the private landlord for many years.
